All prices include GST, but not freight. If freight is applicable, it will be shown in your shopping cart at checkout.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we regret that we cannot cancel or provide refunds once your order is in production.

DOWNLOADS POLICY

Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds on digital files, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Your download will be available for you to download from 'My Downloads' in your account.

Please download & save your digital images to multiple devices, as we may not be able to replace them down the track if a hard drive or USB you were using fails.

If you wish to cancel your order for downloads and our system shows you have not yet downloaded the images, please contact us and we may be able to offer you a refund.
